Deteriorated frames or screens
Permanent stains or mineral deposits
Hard water damage
Oxidation
Construction debris
Paint, silicone, adhesive, or other substances that cannot safely be removed

Cleaning cannot always restore damaged or permanently stained glass to its original condition.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Lone Star Window Shine is committed to customer satisfaction.

If you believe an area included in your service was not cleaned properly, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern and, where appropriate, return to address the issue.

The satisfaction guarantee does not guarantee removal of permanent damage, pre-existing defects, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through normal cleaning methods.

Payments

Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated to the customer as applicable.

Customers agree to pay the amount due for services performed according to the agreed-upon terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide reasonable notice when they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
